I've been in love with photography since the age of 9. It was never one thing about it that made me fall in love. It was all of it. Sometimes I catch myself smiling from seeing the photos I took and how stunning and beautiful my clients look.
This wasn't even my first career choice straight out of high school. Becoming an ASL interpreter was. And even though I LOVE the deaf community, photography pulled me everyday and I just knew I had to take that leap. It was my first love.

To be completely honest, I'm really in love w/ my job. Like, obsessed.

I guess it's super cliché to say, but I mean it when I say this little girl really did kick my passion into overdrive. The best memories I’ve ever had with my family are the times when we pull out old albums and shuffle through the pictures one by one, talking about all the things we did and all the places we’ve been to. Laughing and cracking jokes at each other about how weird my siblings and I were as kids- how different things used to be. I really believe this is why I love to be behind the camera. We as people are so different from who we were in the past and photographs are a great way to preserve moments in time. Life is so unbelievably short, and to me, pictures are a way to travel through time to a moment we want- whenever we want.
